This notice explains how GEORGE Office handles information when you visit this website or contact us about an office, education, healthcare or senior-living furniture project.
Who is responsible
GEORGE Office is presented under the George Group China / GEORGE Group brand. The legal company responsible for inquiries is Foshan Jingcheng Zhizao Building Materials Co., Ltd. (佛山市敬城智造建材有限公司), also using the trade name GEORGE BUILDING MATERIALS. Its address is No.44, 2nd Floor, Building 24, Yimeijia Sanitary & Ceramic World, Jihua 4th Road, Chancheng District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province, P.R.China.
Information you choose to provide
The website inquiry form currently asks for your name, email address and message; the email address is required so we can reply. Your message may include project information you choose to provide, such as your organization, role, country or project location, room types, furniture requirements, quantities and target timing. If you contact us by email or telephone, we also receive the contact and project information you provide through that channel. Please send only the information needed for your request and do not include unnecessary sensitive personal information.
How we use inquiry information
We use inquiry information to understand and respond to your request, discuss available furniture and project services, prepare or follow up on a quotation, and keep the business records needed for that potential or active project. Information submitted from outside China is received and handled in China. GEORGE Group personnel handle inquiry information internally. We do not provide information submitted through the inquiry form to factories or logistics providers.
Website measurement and form security
The public website currently loads a Google tag for website measurement. Depending on Google’s service settings, Google may process technical and usage information such as browser or device information, internet protocol (IP) address, page activity, referring page, cookies or similar identifiers. Google’s handling of this information is described in the Google Privacy Policy and its Google tag documentation.
The website also uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure page views and website performance. Cloudflare describes this service as privacy-first analytics that uses a browser beacon and does not collect or use visitors’ personal data. See the Cloudflare Web Analytics documentation.
The inquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish human visitors from automated traffic. Cloudflare states that Turnstile processes the browser and request signals needed for this security function and does not access, store or transmit the visitor’s message, form entries or other page input. See the Cloudflare Turnstile documentation and Cloudflare Privacy Policy for details about Cloudflare’s processing.
These providers may process technical information in countries where they operate, subject to their own policies and service arrangements. Browser settings can be used to manage or remove cookies, although blocking some technologies may affect website measurement or form security.
Retention and requests
How long an inquiry record is kept depends on the status of the request, the related project and applicable business-record or legal obligations. You may contact us to ask about information you submitted, request correction or deletion where applicable, or raise a privacy concern. To help us identify the inquiry, provide the email address or project reference used when you contacted us without sending additional sensitive information.
Contact us
For a privacy question or request, email [email protected] or contact Barry Liu at +86 18566012949. Please describe your request and how we can identify the inquiry without sending more personal information than necessary.
