Discuss Your Furniture Project

Use this project inquiry to give GEORGE Office enough information to understand an office, education, healthcare or senior living furniture requirement. You do not need to resolve every detail before contacting us. Mark open items clearly so the first discussion can separate confirmed inputs from assumptions.

Information that makes a first review useful

  • Your organization and role: identify the buyer, designer, contractor, operator or other project party contacting us.
  • Country and project location: include the destination city and site type because documents, shipping and site responsibilities may differ.
  • Rooms and users: list the spaces, intended activities, user groups and expected number of people.
  • Furniture and quantities: provide a schedule where one exists. If it does not, describe the categories and mark quantities as preliminary.
  • Plans and dimensions: prepare measured plans, room dimensions, elevations and known fixed conditions. If files are not included with the first message, list what is available so the review route can be agreed.
  • Materials and operation: explain finish direction, cleaning or maintenance conditions, required samples and any destination-specific documentation.
  • Timing and phases: distinguish a desired decision date from production, shipping, site readiness and installation dates.
  • Requested services: state whether you want furniture selection, space planning, drawings, samples, delivery coordination, assembly or separately charged installation discussed.

How the initial commercial review works

GEORGE Office uses a light B2B reference of responding within 48 hours and preparing a quotation within five working days when the brief is sufficiently defined. These are usual working references, not unconditional deadlines. Complexity, missing drawings, sample decisions, destination requirements and holidays can change the review time. Production and delivery dates are separate and appear only in the project quotation or contract.

As a light B2B reference, there is no item-count minimum and the reference minimum order value is USD 18,000. A quotation is usually valid for 30 days. The actual quotation controls the order threshold, currency, scope, exclusions, taxes, freight, installation, validity and every exception. Installation is charged separately.
